Host and Moderator
Faiza Venzant, CVA is the Executive Director of the Council for Certification in Volunteer Administration and General Manager, Volunteer Development at the YMCA of Greater Toronto. With 20 years of leadership experience in volunteer engagement, she continues this work with a goal of centering community amongst the profession, improving equity and access to volunteerism and increasing diversity amongst professional leaders of volunteers. FORMAT
Our current streaming event will consist of four 20 minute presentations, local discussion with DOVIA Sacramento attendees, followed by a moderated discussion with the other AL!VE presenters (think Ted talk meets late night tv), including responding to questions from the audience.
