    Leadership Summit for Volunteer Program Managers Returns!

    ~featuring Becky Lunders, teamWorks

    The 2025 DOVIA Volunteer Manager Leadership Summit is slated for March 6,  in Sacramento. The one-day event will energize and inspire mission-focused nonprofit staff, fundraisers, and their volunteer leaders in the Sacramento Region. Facilitated by volunteer management guru Becky Lunders of teamWorks, attendees can expect a fully-immersive motivational experience.

    This Summit will focus on building organizational capacity while also building competency and trust with volunteer leaders.  Attendees can expect to leave the Summit with increased knowledge, developed skills, and an understanding of the attitude conducive to making the greatest impact in the community. Tools and collaboration will help attendees:

    ·        Discover a volunteer engagement philosophy that emphasizes a strong volunteer/staff partnership while outlining clear expectations of organizational needs;

    ·        Demonstrate the importance of letting leaders lead by exploring the power of delegation and empowerment;

    ·        Select two strategies they can use to build their leadership skills while insulating against burnout.

    How do I attend?
